Platform Rules and Member Obligations

Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use slovip, in line with Philippine regulations for online gaming platforms.
You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during platform use.
Each person may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may be suspended without notice.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration. Providing false details may result in account termination.
slovip reservesthe right to verify your identity at any point and may request supporting documents before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features.

Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person.
Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised that activity.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify slovip immediately through the contact channels listed on the platform.
slovip will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent.
Accounts that show signs of being shared, sold, or transferred to another person may be suspended pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All transactions on the slovip platform are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through local payment channels including GCash.
Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. slovip reserves the right to request documentation before releasing funds.
Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
slovip is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or circumstances outside the platform's direct control.
Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed within the platform at the time of each transaction.

Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the slovip platform are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the system.
slovip reserves the right to void bets in cases of obvious pricing errors, system faults, or where there is evidence of irregular betting patterns.
Live in-play bets are subject to the odds and market availability at the exact moment the bet is placed. Delays in data transmission may affect the odds displayed.
Winnings are credited to your account balance after the relevant event has concluded and results have been officially confirmed.
Any attempt to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing anomalies for financial gain is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
Game lobby results are determined by certified random number generation systems. slovip does not manipulate outcomes in any way.

VIP Programme Terms

Participation in the slovip VIP loyalty programme is automatic for all registered members who have made at least one qualifying deposit.
Tier progression is based on cumulative platform activity across sports betting and the game lobby. Specific thresholds are displayed within the VIP section of the platform.
VIP tier status and associated benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.
slovip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP programme at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected members.
Any abuse of the VIP programme, including attempts to artificially inflate activity metrics, will result in tier removal and possible account suspension.

Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
The use of automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage on the platform is strictly prohibited.
Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting intended to manipulate outcomes is forbidden and will be reported to relevant authorities.
You must not attempt to access another member's account, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.
Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at platform staff or other users will result in immediate account suspension.

Responsible Gaming Obligations

slovip is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides tools to help members manage their activity, including deposit limits and self-exclusion options.
If you believe your gaming activity is becoming harmful, you are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available on the platform or contact our support team.
Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to re-register or access the platform during the exclusion period. Any such attempt will result in permanent account closure.

You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform's content for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior authorisation.
slovip will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for platform operation, legal compliance, and payment processing.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

slovip provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. slovip is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, delayed data feeds, or connectivity issues on the user's end. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform operates reliably, but we cannot guarantee that it will be free from errors or interruptions at all times.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of the slovip platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. slovip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
